The Yoga Wheel is an easily accessible tool that provides myofascial release while creating a unique alignment to the whole spine. It can be used to open vital chakra in the subtle body while creating space for the breath to move freely in the chest.
In this training participates will learn how to use the yoga wheel and understand how to instruct others to use it in their classes.
3 hour workshop with plenty of hands on experience and opportunities to ask questions.
Jennifer Strukoff has over 11 years of experience teaching Critical Alignment yoga therapy and over 13 years experience teaching yoga. She has mentored many people to help them become comfortable and confident in teaching alignment in their classes.
Participants need to bring: yoga mat and yoga wheel

- The Soft Prop exercises of CAT Yoga focus on alleviating back pain by strengthening the postural muscles that naturally keep our spines aligned. We gently train your back and core to move the way they were designed to function, rather than the way computer desks and couch movie marathons tend to shape our bodies.
- Working with the black strap and rolled felt pad we will release tension in the upper back, neck, shoulders, low back and hips.
- Participants will have access to Jennifer's Yoga for Backs online library and 15 hours of training and classes to help them feel comfortable with instructing students through the Soft Prop exercises.
