After being in a car accident six years ago, I became increasingly inactive because of neck and back pain. Chiropractic and massage therapy were my only relief, but the cost of comfort wasn't sustainable. After a few months of Critical Alignment Therapy, I feel a noticeable difference, and I'm confident that the knowledge and body awareness I have developed will enable me to return to a healthy and active lifestyle.

I am happy that I am back in Yoga after 6 years of abstinence. It was recommended to me by my sister as she had taken several sessions of this course and highly recommended it. At first it was challenging not knowing what to expect. After the 8th class I felt I could do most of the postures. Jennifer was helpful in making sure you were in the right alignment.
I have been living with back pain for over seven years and the Critical Alignment Therapy class helped me better than any other treatment I have had so far. I have tried physiotherapy, different types of chiropractic care as well as acupuncture but the treatments only gave me temporary relief and I never saw any improvement. The Critical Alignment Therapy class not only gave me some pain relief but also helped me learn how to engage my core muscles and how to use the proper muscles to stabilize my spine. I used to have the most pain when sitting and now I have found that learning to sit properly and using the proper muscles have immensely helped reduce my back pain.
